We are a walk-in clinic that provides affordable urgent care, family practice, and spa services when you need them.  We are located in Columbia/ Irmo and convenient to Lexington, just over the Lake Murray bridge.  We are also minutes away from West Columbia.  We offer all health and medical services by appointment or urgently.
